The Ministry of Commerce, Government of Pakistan, is hiring for three (03) positions on the Trade Dispute Resolution Commission (TDRC). These positions are aimed at improving the resolution of trade disputes under the Trade Dispute Resolution Act, 2022. Two positions are open for private-sector professionals, and one is reserved for public-sector candidates, including retired government officials. Private-sector candidates should have experience in international trade, dispute resolution, law, or related fields. The public-sector position is for individuals with experience in trade policy, arbitration, or managing trade-related matters. Retired government officers with relevant experience are welcome to apply.

Candidates must have at least a Master’s degree in Law, International Trade, Economics, or Business Administration. Additional qualifications in dispute resolution or arbitration are a plus. Applicants need 10-15 years of relevant work experience, especially in handling trade disputes. The maximum age limit is 65 years.
